Meet Jodi Founder & Managing Director

Hi, I’m Jodi. I set up Enablement Group to give business owners and managers like you the honest, helpful support I wish more companies had access to.

I’ve worked in HR for years and hold a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management (MSc). I’m also a proud CIPD member, a finalist for Startup Entrepreneur of the Year at the HEY People In Business Awards, and a veteran — bringing structure, integrity, and drive to everything I do.

My mission?

To help you handle people matters with clarity and confidence — whether that’s hiring new talent, dealing with performance issues, or growing a team that’s motivated and well-managed.

I believe in building strong relationships, working side by side with clients, and delivering results that actually make a difference. When I’m not leading Enablement Group, I’m a busy mum — which has taught me a lot about flexibility, empathy, and staying calm under pressure!

Becky Horbury

Becky Horbury has over a decade of experience as an HR professional across a diverse range of sectors, which means that her breadth of knowledge and adaptable approach make her a trusted HR Consultant for businesses of all shapes and sizes.

Becky is known for her calm, methodical style and sharp attention to detail. Furthermore, Becky is passionate about helping businesses unlock the full potential of their teams through tailored, effective HR support. Her composed and empathetic manner makes her particularly skilled at handling sensitive and complex employee conversations with confidence and care.

Caroline Nissen

With over 15 years’ experience in the hospitality and live entertainment industries, Caroline has specialised in HR since 2016 and, gaining a CIPD Level 5 qualification in 2019. In her most recent in-house role as Head of People, she led on policy development, employee relations, L&D, and HR strategy — experience she now brings to a broad range of clients, helping them embed effective people practices that support their business goals.

Caroline is a naturally positive, people-focused professional who believes that great HR isn’t just about compliance – it’s about culture, communication, and helping businesses thrive through their people.
