Jodi Duggan
Founder & Managing Director
Jodi founded Enablement Group in March 2024, bringing extensive strategic HR leadership experience across the public and private sectors. As Managing Director, she combines people expertise with commercial ambition to drive growth and challenge the traditional consultancy model.
Dan Duggan
Operations Director
Dan is the operational backbone of Enablement Group, making sure the business runs smoothly, efficiently and with the right structure behind it. With a background in the Royal Navy and operational leadership, he brings a calm, practical approach to systems, processes, compliance and turning plans into action.
Cass Clay
Business Development Manager
Cass is an experienced Business Development Manager with over 40 years’ leadership and commercial experience across defence, offshore, leisure and safety-critical industries. A former Royal Navy senior leader, he brings exceptional relationship-building, commercial insight and a people-first approach to driving sustainable growth at Enablement Group.
Jason Bruce
Fractional Sales Director
Jason brings over 15 years’ experience across commercial growth, operational leadership, HR and employment law. His background spans senior roles within major retail and energy organisations, as well as co-founding and leading a national HR consultancy. As Fractional Sales Director, he supports Enablement Group’s sales strategy, partnerships and continued business growth.
Danielle Banks
HR Consultant
With 20 years’ experience in hospitality and 12 years in leadership, Danielle understands the realities of managing people in busy workplaces. She brings that practical experience into HR, supporting clients with everything from day-to-day people matters to policies, employee relations and recruitment, with a straightforward and approachable style.
Chloe Lawson
HR Consultant
With experience working across a wide range of industries, Chloe helps business owners, managers and employees with everything from day-to-day queries to recruitment, policies, employee relations, wellbeing and training. Known for her personable and approachable style, she provides practical advice whilst building positive, trusted relationships with the people she supports.
Katy Jackson
Content & Social Media Executive
As Content & Social Media Executive, Katy supports Enablement Group’s marketing activity across content creation, social media, campaigns and wider brand development. A Marketing graduate from the University of Hull, she brings experience in social media management, content planning, audience research and performance analysis. Combining creativity with a commercial mindset, Katy enjoys bringing ideas to life, creating engaging content and helping grow the Enablement brand across the businesses and people we support.
